When will my unit be completed?

Construction is expected to begin in early 2026. Completion timelines are shared upon purchase—please contact us for the most up-to-date information.

Can I combine two units to expand?

Yes! Units can be combined to create larger, custom spaces tailored to your needs.

Can I customize my unit?

Absolutely. Each unit is a blank canvas, allowing you to add lifts, design mezzanines, or personalize your space to reflect your vision.

Can I live in my unit?

Units within the community are designed for storage and recreational use only. Please refer to the Community Control Documents for the full set of rules and regulations.

Can owners use the outdoor guest parking spaces for overnight parking?

Guest parking spaces are reserved exclusively for temporary use by owners or visitors and may not be used for overnight parking.

Facility and Security

Will my unit be secure?

Yes. Our facility features advanced security systems, including gated access, 24/7 surveillance, and optional in-unit monitoring.

Is there outside storage?

We offer secure indoor storage only, ensuring your assets are fully protected from the elements.

Will there be an RV dump station?

Yes, we provide convenient RV dump facilities for our owners.

Are utilities included, or are they billed separately?

Utilities will be individually metered and are the responsibility of each owner. This ensures accurate billing based on personal usage.

Financing and Costs
